The feel of clay and the challenge that it presents has turned into a passion to make beautiful things for everyday life. A mug that says good morning and a bowl that gently cradles fruit are part of our rituals of domestic life. These unique things make a house a home.

"These pieces are directly influenced by Lyse Flurry. I have taken several workshops with Lyse. I am working on the piece showing the original color as well as acquiring the blackest of blacks that smoke firing can deliver. To obtain that spectacular sheen that terra sigillata can create." |
