"The classes are very relaxed and for the most part self guided at this stage. (I'm 3 rounds of classes in now). Everyone is genuinely excited to share their knowledge and check out each others work. Krista is always very willing to help if I'm struggling or simply offer advice when I'm stuck. She's patient and encouraging of trying new challenging projects we've brought in for her to show us."

Meet Your Teacher

Krista Cameron

Krista Cameron is a bee-keeping, country-living potter with decades of clay experience. Her studio is nestled amongst trees near Charleston Lake and is regularly visited by wild turkeys, chipmunks, and song birds. When she isn't teaching, you'll find her gardening, chasing swarms of bees, or patiently watching caterpillars turn to butterflies.

Her teaching style is supportive, exploratory, and encouraging. Her classes have a loose structure designed to set you up with the basics and encourage you to follow your creative style.
